Shipping Policy At present Whai does not ship internationally. When you make a purchase on Whai the order is sent for fulfilment to the vendor, who will send the item directly to you. No stock is held with Whai. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, standard delivery timeframes are between 3 -10 business days of receipt of your order; If the item is hand-made to order you can expect a longer delivery time (please check the delivery note on the product page for details). In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order the vendor will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
Please choose carefully when purchasing products through Whai.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and contain a receipt or proof of purchase (such as the Order confirmation)
If the Product you wish to return is faulty, we will require either photo proof of the faulty item or provide you with a stamped, self-addressed post pack in which to return it to the appropriate Seller. You will then be offered a replacement or repair of the faulty item or a full refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. Any refunds will be transferred back to the original payment method, e.g. your credit card, PayPal account or store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected by the vendor, they will notify us of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed by Whai, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 - 5 Business Days. We can only make a refund to the original purchaser of the Product.
Vendors do not have to provide exchanges for change of mind or on sale items. Exchanges must meet all the criteria in the returns policy above.
Items on sale cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty. Only regular priced items will be eligible for an exchange or refund where you change your mind.
